Had to modify the latch hook, but overall pleased with the purchase. It's nice to have everything in one box!
We’ve been car camping for over 35 years and finally upgraded our gear to include the Chuk Kitchen Box. Best thing we ever did. We tried it out last weekend when we visited Capital Reef and the Grand Canyon and it was AWESOME. It made cooking so easy as everything was organized and in its proper place. No more digging in bins hoping we brought what we needed. We should have done this years ago. Can’t wait to go again.
This is the only camp kitchen set up that fit my needs. I honestly love it and how light it is even when I stock it with my cooking ware. I’ve used it about 3 times and it made my set up and clean up so much more easier because of how organized the drawers are. It motivates me to cook more outdoors especially since summer is around the corner. I am looking forward for more adventures with this box!
On the other hand the accessories feel a little on the cheaper end like the spatula hangers, they are plastic so I’m afraid it might crack down the line, it should have been made of metal. The plastic caps on the hanger already fell off first use. I also feel that the handles should have been more heavy duty. I hope they don’t warp on me over time.
Anyhow, I hope that if anything breaks from regular use of the camp kitchen box that Chuk is able to help me out with any repair parts. I’m hoping this will be a forever box especially with the amount of money i paid for it!
Over all, this is a really good kitchen set up and I still have yet to see any other company make something as clean and useful as this! Thank you Chuk outdoors for this beautiful creation!!! My family and friends are impressed with it thus far!
